Modernized physical security, manufacturing, and warehouse technology including camera/NVR systems, access control, IP-based facility audio, labeling and barcoding systems, thermal printers, and associated management platforms.
Modernized industrial edge computing by migrating legacy Dell Wyse platforms to IGEL, and implementing Jamf Pro MDM for a growing fleet of iPads running custom line-of-business applications.
Implemented and managed cybersecurity initiatives including CrowdStrike, Arctic Wolf, penetration testing, vulnerability identification, remediation, and ongoing vulnerability management.

Served as an infrastructure engineer responsible for major modernization and high-availability initiatives spanning compute, networking, wireless, security, telecommunications, backup and disaster recovery, identity, and datacenter infrastructure.
Migrated the organization's traditional Hyper-V and SAN environment to Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure and assumed ongoing administration of the platform.
Evaluated and implemented multiple generations of data-protection platforms—including HYCU, Veeam, and ultimately Cohesity—to improve backup and recovery capabilities for the Nutanix environment.
Replaced legacy Dell network infrastructure with Cisco Catalyst access switching and a redundant Cisco Nexus core.

Engineered and implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) and unified authentication using Cisco Duo across nearly two dozen systems via SAML, OAuth, and federation to increase organizational security and auditing capabilities.
